Caixanova purchases HRa Suite for advanced HR management
CaixaNova chose HR Access to manage its 3000 individuals currently employed by the savings bank. By choosing these solutions, CaixaNova has opted for a highly efficient HR management system.
The HRa Suite solution from HR Access will enable CaixaNova to benefit from modules for organisation, assessment and skills, training and selection all backed by one exclusive technological platform with cross-disciplinary functions, making it possible to increase efficiency and modernise conventional HR tasks.
CaixaNova holds half of the share capital of Banco Gallego and together these institutions represent the first financial platform in Galicia formed by a bank and a savings bank with a turnover of almost 50 billion Euros.
