Italy CSE (Consorzio Servizi Bancari)
CSE(Consorzio Servizi Bancari) A HR Services Centre for 13,000 Employees in Italy’s Financial Sector
CSE, a banking services consortium is the leading information technology services consortium for banks. The consortium originates from the desire of some banks to have a facility that could provide them with highly reliable service, value for the money invested, superior capabilities, and which was ready to work with and help them to achieve their objective of technological innovation.Nearly 12 million transactions are executed in real time daily through its nationwide network spread all over the country and has around 140 million euros of its customers’ assets under management (over 350,000 user points around the whole country), as well as 8 million customers,…
The primary need of CSE was to find a product that was very flexible and easily customizable, in order
to respond at best to the development needs of each bank. Besides, it was necessary to take into
account the departmental modules which are widely used by banks and which are not integrated with
administrative attendance and monitoring applications that entailed configuration challenges and not
negligible operating costs. The solution chosen by CSE consists of different modules covering various staff management, payments,
times and activities.
