The HR outfit Atos Origin has nearly 950 employees in Europe, all of whom are highly knowledgeable in the area of human resource business processes, and more specifically, organizational objectives and HRIS implementation.

The Human Capital Management (HCM) unit, part of IBM Global Business Services, is a worldwide organization dedicated to transforming the HR function and its information system. It employs 3,200 HR consultants. The HCM teams offer a range of services designed to ensure the successful transformation of the company's processes:
• Consultancy services related to the reorganization and transformation of the company's processes
• Services aimed at improving the performance of HR information systems,
• HR Access solution implementation services based on the accelerators capitalized during projects: consultancy, training, project management and change management methodologies, and skills centres
• HR Access production phase management services (application management, facilities management, customer services and skills centres).
The HCM unit in France employs 650 HR consultants, including 450 HR Access specialists.
