HR Access conducts comprehensive training courses in its dedicated Training Center to transfer skills to customers. The training accommodates both public and private clients and can be either standard or personalized on demand, to meet the needs of all types of users - from project teams to end-users

HR Access offers a wide range of training services to accompany and support HR department transformation projects.

In order to optimize training investments and to ensure the transfer of skills and the mastery of the solution deployed, two kinds of training can be provided:  “off-the-shelf” or “customized,” which can be adapted to user profiles and locations, as well as to time and budgetary constraints.

HR Access also conducts a complete program of Publisher training aimed specifically at partners and consultants.  This training can validate the skills acquired through a certification program.
 
Training can be delivered right at the customer site or in HR Access Training Centers.

Training services are provided by professional trainers, all of whom have competence and experience as project managers, business segment experts, or technical experts.
